A seasoned risk management leader with 20 years of insurance experience including the design and implementation of complex insurance and risk strategies, Drue has led the risk management, claims, product development, underwriting, and actuarial functions at multibillion-dollar global organizations. He previously built and scaled the risk, underwriting, actuarial, and product development functions at Curative, where he played a key role in launching an AM Best A- (Excellent) rated fully insured PPO health plan. At The Wonderful Company, he managed enterprise-wide risk and benefits programs for a portfolio of iconic brands. His background also includes roles at top brokerage firms Marsh and Lockton, as well as time at Seaboard, where 
he managed diverse global insurance programs with exposures throughout  Africa, the Caribbean, and South America. Mr. Rutledge holds multiple insurance designations and has a Bachelor of Science in finance from Missouri State University.
